There are plenty of delicious places to eat around the city, but we are particularly big fans of brunch in Colorado Springs. If you are looking for the best breakfast and brunch options, check out some of our local favorites below!
Urban Egg doesn’t hold back when it comes to flavor. Pancakes come in playful varieties like strawberry cheesecake, blueberry streusel and Hawaiian with pineapple and toasted coconut. There are plenty of omelets and egg-forward dishes for you to try. Pair your meal with a bloody mary with bacon or try one of their mimosas.
Sunday brunch at Lake Terrace Dining Room is anything but ordinary. This upscale buffet at The Broadmoor features more than 150 options—from buttermilk pancakes, eggs benedict and cheese carving stations to made-to-order sushi rolls.
Few places live up to their name quite like Grand View. Sip coffee as you admire red rock spires glowing in the morning light, then tuck into eggs benedict, avocado toast and cast iron cinnamon rolls. The setting alone makes it memorable, but the food more than holds its own.
Keep it simple but delicious at The Omelette Parlor. This Colorado Springs staple has menu items named after area icons like Garden of the Gods and the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Race.
At 503W, brunch takes an unexpected turn. Asian flavors meet American comfort food in dishes like sriracha maple bacon chicken and waffles or Hong Kong french toast with a yuzu strawberry. 503West also caters to vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diners alike.
Located on one of the oldest golf courses west of the Mississippi, the Patty Jewett Clubhouse tees up an incredible brunch. Espresso drinks, burgers topped with green chiles and lobster benedicts round out their well-balanced brunch menu.
This two-story downtown favorite hums with energy—think clinking coffee cups, upbeat playlists, and tables full of regulars. Order a breakfast burrito or try a bagel platter, then settle in with a second cup of coffee.
For a light, clean brunch that still feels satisfying, Toastique delivers. Toasts come loaded with toppings like smoked salmon, burrata or seasonal fruit, and the smoothies are bright and refreshing.
Weekend brunch at Streetcar 520 is an event. The weekend menu includes flavorful hits like Nashville hot chicken n' pancakes, falafel scramble and stuffed french toast...need we say more?! Plus, their drag brunches are a blast!
