The Visit Colorado Springs CVB operates under a Partnership Model rather than a Membership Model.
Major points of the Partnership Model include:
The Partnership Model allows the CVB to represent the entire region to the public, which results in a better experience for leisure travelers, meeting planners, tour operators and event organizers.
Businesses that have traditionally been referred to as Members will be known as Marketing Partners under this model.
Marketing Partners will pay an annual fee and receive some benefits at no additional charge, with other opportunities available for a fee.
Community Partners are businesses that choose to be listed on the CVB website, mobile site and mobile app, but have not yet chosen to invest as a Marketing Partner.
Marketing Partners will enjoy other online enhancements such as a longer description on the category listing page, a photo and short description on basic detail pages and additional photos and embedded video on enhanced pages for no additional cost.
Marketing Partners receive the following benefits as part of their annual Partnership investment:
Up to three category listings on VisitCOS.com as well as the mobile version of the site and the Colorado Springs mobile app
Longer description on category listing pages (45 words)
Image, 45-word description, amenities listing, contact information, social media link and website link on Detail Page
Brochure distribution in Visitor Information Center
Group leads and referrals
Two-line listing in Official Visitor Guide
Listing in Meeting Planner Guide (lodging and venue facilities)

Kim has worked with the CVB on three separate occasions and this time, we're not letting her go. She is immersed in the community, helping businesses connect with the 20.5 million people who visit the region each year. In addition to partnership sales and retention, Kim creates a full schedule of educational and networking events that include the Annual Business Meeting, Tourism Awards Celebration, quarterly mixers, partner orientation sessions and educational series.
Denise began her CVB career as Partnership Coordinator in 2012 and transitioned to the position of Marketing Coordinator for several years. In 2017, she returned to the position of Partnership Coordinator. She assists Partners with keeping their information current on the CVB website and in CVB publications. She also assists with Account Reviews, Partner Communications and CVB events. Denise is an accomplished photographer, having been published and won several awards.
