Winter Reflections: Journaling & Sound Bath
January 4, 2026 3:00 PM –5:00 PM
Event Summary
As the season turns quieter and more reflective, this gathering offers a gentle space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a short round of journaling using simple prompts that help you check in — what you’ve been holding, what feels heavy, and what you’re ready to welcome in during the winter months. You’re invited to bring your own notebook or journal to write in.
Afterward, you’ll ease into a calming sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and soft harmonic layers designed to relax the body and settle the mind. Many people notice clarity or emotional release during this part, so we’ll close with another brief journaling session to capture any insights or feelings that bubbled up.
This evening is meant to feel cozy, spacious, and grounding — perfect if you’ve been moving quickly or craving a moment of quiet.
Bring a journal or notebook you love. Arrive as you are, and leave feeling clearer, softer, and more at ease.
