Event Summary
Visual Jazz is music for the eyes.
Drawing on my experience as a jazz musician, I have created Visual Jazz, a collection of art that is imbued with the tomes, rhythms, and spirit of jazz music.
Jazz music is known for excitement and passion and especially for improvisation- the art of composing new music spontaneously, in the moment.
In this collection I improvised each piece of art using just intuition and emotion, like a jazz solo.
For this first presentation of my new art I have chosen to print these limited edition artworks on thick, textured, bright white, cotton rag paper, which enhances the vivid colors and complex textures.
With this art I strive to arouse bright moments and inspire hope and new possibilities.
