New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony
December 19, 2025 6:00 PM –8:00 PM
Event Summary
Join us for a New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony, a calm space to reset and mark the beginning of a new lunar cycle.
Sound Bath: The session is guided by Dr. Gigi Turner, PsyD, using crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments to help the nervous system shift out of stress mode. The sound supports relaxation, slows mental activity, and creates room to notice what you’re ready to release and what you want to invite in moving forward. It’s less about “trying” to relax and more about letting the sound do the work.
Ceremonial Cacao: We’ll close with ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, a pure and minimally processed form of cacao that retains beneficial compounds. It contains theobromine, which increases circulation and creates a warm, steady, grounded feeling in the body (without caffeine jitters). It supports emotional clarity and helps you stay present with yourself in a gentle, accessible way.
Together, the sound bath and cacao offer a quiet reset — letting you leave calmer, clearer, and more connected to your inner pace.
