Event Summary
Forest Bathing provides an opportunities to slow down and connect with the natural world through a series of sensory experiences.. This is much more than a walk in the woods or a park. It is about being in nature rather than moving through it.
Serena offers walks on the first Monday and the last Saturday of each month. You will meet at Starsmore Visitor Center at 9 am. There is a limit of 10 participants on each walk so call Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center to reserve your spot:
Walks are two hours of soothing immersion in North Cheyenne Canon Park.
Please bring water, snack, sunscreen, sunglasses, sturdy shoes, bug spray, rain gear and what you will need to be comfortable in the weather of the day.
