Christ Duarte and Alastair Green- Legendary Rock and Blues!
January 17, 2026 7:00 PM –10:00 PM
Event Summary
Chris Duarte
Austin legend Chris Duarte first broke out with his 1994 album Texas Sugar Strat Magik, which sold over 100,000 copies and earned him Guitar Player magazine’s “Best New Talent” award. Known for his aggressive, physical playing style—so intense his fingers have been known to bleed onstage—Duarte delivers his signature “rockin’ blues” with unmatched passion. His latest release, Ain’t Giving Up (Mascot Records, 2022), reunites him with producer Dennis Herring for a raw, live-recorded album that captures the spirit of Texas blues and Allman Brothers-style energy.
Alastair Greene
Joining him is Alastair Greene, a Santa Barbara native now based in Austin, who has ridden his Blues-soaked rock into the 21st century. A former touring member of the Alan Parsons Live Project, Greene’s latest album Standing Out Loud (Ruf Records, 2024) showcases swampy grooves, soulful songwriting, and blazing guitar tones that Blues Music Magazine called “a major talent in the blues-rock category.”
