Who are we?
UpaDowna breaks down common barriers to outdoor adventures by providing programs and events to all ages and abilities from biking, climbing, hiking, paddleboarding, and outdoor wellness classes. Their mission is to provide access to outdoor adventures for all through events and programs that empower individuals, create healthier communities, and foster a respect for the environment. UpaDowna has been serving El Paso County residents since its’ inception in 2013.
Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates provides trail design, construction and maintenance support, and responds to inquiries from various agencies to advocate for mountain biking and trail use. We are mountain bikers who build, share, and protect inspiring trail experiences. Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates has been in existence for 30+ years.
