This year, due to popular demand, we will be returning to the iconic Flying W Ranch.
The Gala theme will be Pikes Peak Gold Rush – The Gold Standard of Customer Service, and attire is your choice of either period Victorian costumes OR Western formal wear.
You’ll enjoy the world-famous Flying W Chuckwagon dinner and Western Entertainment as we honor this year’s six Excellence In Customer Service (EICS) finalists.
