The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park is proud to be hosting the annual Easter Sunrise Service. This iconic landmark will be the backdrop for a beautiful and inspiring celebration of renewal and hope. Guests will gather in the morning darkness on the south rim of the gorge, where they will witness the day’s awakening over the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountain range.
Celebrating Easter on the rim of the Royal Gorge has been a decades-long tradition for Park. The free sunrise service attracts guests from all over the state to sing worship songs and hear the Easter message as the sun rises on the granite walls of the gorge. All faiths and denominations are welcome to attend.
The North entrance (main gate) will open at 9 a.m., and the service will begin at 10 a.m. Guests will either need to walk across the bridge or take the park shuttle. Free coffee will be served before the service. Seating will be provided for 400. Patrons are encouraged to dress warmly and bring blankets and lawn chairs if needed.

Experience a moving Easter performance from the 165-voice Soli Deo Gloria Choir, led by Artistic Director Nathaniel Voelker. As the largest choral organization in southern Colorado, this diverse multi-generational community choir has brought classical and contemporary choral works to life for over 50 years. This complimentary one-hour concert from 4pm - 5pm celebrates themes of renewal and resurrection while also celebrating 250 years of the United States and 150 years of Colorado. The voices of Soli Deo Gloria has “sold out” the four previous Broadmoor appearances, and this fifth performance promises to be just as memorable.
