Let's do something beautiful together! Is your family, church group, scout troop, team or club looking for a fun and rewarding community project? We have great options that will help beautify Colorado Springs and give the members of your group a sense of pride and cohesion.
Palmer Land Conservancy
Palmer Land Conservancy exists to ensure that everything we love about the Colorado good life — its natural beauty, locally grown food, outdoor recreation — can be enjoyed by everyone now, and for future generations. Give back by joining a trail cleanup or events like a group hike, brewery hang, film screening and more where you'll learn about and contribute to conservation in our local community.
Pikes Peak United Way
We enhance youth success and family stability in the Pikes Peak Region by leading and lifting the most vulnerable in our community with mentorship, life resources and real job opportunities. Our signature programs and partner agencies intently focus on connecting youth and their families to resources at the beginning of their life journey to ensure access to fundamental needs of food, shelter and learning resources for all.
The Place
The Place ignites the potential in youth to exit homelessness and create self-determined, fulfilled lives. We will work with you and your group to do major projects that include painting, landscaping, deep cleaning in our dorms, construction, and more.
Richard's Rubbish Roundup
We are a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit passionate about making Colorado Springs litter-free. Our goal is to solicit and organize volunteers to regularly pick up litter all around the Pikes Peak Region. We will also advocate to local governments, residential and private property owners, on how to better control our litter, particularly in areas that have repeated problems.
Rocky Mountain Field Institute
Help heal and restore our parks and trails. RMFI stewardship days are great team-building activity, a wonderful educational experience, highly rewarding, and a lot of fun. If your school, place of work, or other type of group has multiple people that would like to volunteer together, RMFI provides opportunities to incorporate your group on our community stewardship days posted on our calendar or will work with you to schedule a custom group workday!
