Green chile season is almost here and we’re firing up the roasters! 🔥 We’ll be roasting fresh green chiles from Hatch, NM and Pueblo, CO right outside our shop! Join us for a day of roasting and celebrating our favorite time of year! Hang out by the roaster and grab a full bushel or half bushel roasted to order, or head inside and grab a 1 lb or 2 lb bag to satisfy the craving.
We will have Susanna’s Comfort Cuisine serving up green chili poutine, burgers with a whole roasted chile, and more right next to the roaster. 🍔 Cool off with a delicious gelato bar from HipPOPs dessert truck, sure to satisfy any sweet tooth! 🍦
