We’ll explore how Palmer’s work to protect land and water in southern Colorado continues to ensure that we have access to delicious local staples like Rocky Ford melons and Pueblo Chiles, while our featured speakers from Pueblo Food Project will delve into how their community-led coalition helps create a more vibrant, nutritious and equitable food system in Pueblo County.
Additionally, you’ll gain access to exclusive resources that will allow you to make the most of the summer harvest by shopping like a pro. We’ll cover the locations for numerous farmers’ markets across the region, the best seasons for all of Colorado’s homegrown foods, and how to access local goods year-round.
