Admission: Please note: If you are driving your personal vehicle to the summit, you will need to reserve a $2 timed-entry permit per vehicle in addition to your admission ticket.
Shuttle riders will need to drive their personal vehicle to the Mile 7 parking lot along the Pikes Peak Highway, where they will board the shuttle. The shuttle makes two stops before reaching the summit, so please plan accordingly if you wish to arrive before the 11 am world record attempt.

Event Summary
Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain is attempting a world record on August 1 to celebrate 150 years of Colorado!
Join us on the summit at 11 am as we try to gather as many people as possible to dunk our world-famous donuts into coffee at the same time. If successful, we will become the official record holders for the most donuts dunked into coffee simultaneously!
To participate, reserve your timed-entry permit or shuttle ticket in advance for August 1. Please remember that it takes about an hour to reach the summit from the Gateway, so plan your timed-entry or shuttle ticket accordingly.
Participation in the record attempt is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that all guests be respectful and patient as staff help coordinate the attempt.
After the record attempt, stick around on the summit to meet Ranger Donut and visit with our friends from the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon, Cycle to the Summit, and more.
