National Space Day Community Event

Whether you are sparking a child’s curiosity, exploring STEM as a family, or simply celebrating a love of space, this free community event offers something for everyone in Colorado Springs. The National Space Day Community Event at Space Foundation Discovery Center features astronaut presentations and meet-and-greets, interactive STEM activities, robotics demonstrations, an inflatable planetarium, food trucks, and family-friendly experiences for all ages.

This event is included in the America 250 / Colorado 150 commemoration, highlighting Colorado Springs’ role in space exploration and celebrating innovation, discovery, and the achievements of the U.S. space program.
