Mercury Retrograde Sound Bath
October 24, 2026 7:00 PM –8:30 PM
Event Summary
Mercury retrograde is often seen as a time to slow down, reflect, and revisit what may need your attention. Rather than pushing forward at full speed, it can be an invitation to pause, clear the mental noise, and reconnect with yourself.
Join us for a restorative Mercury Retrograde Sound Bath designed to help you soften the rush of everyday life and create space for reflection. As crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments fill the room, you’ll be invited to rest comfortably and let the sounds and vibrations support your nervous system.
A sound bath can be a beautiful way to move through this season with more intention—not by trying to “fix” everything, but by giving yourself time to settle, listen inward, and release what feels heavy or overstimulating.
