Listening to Body Wisdom: Building Self-Trust
September 20, 2026 4:00 PM –6:30 PM
Event Summary
Our bodies are constantly communicating with us through sensations, emotions, images, feelings, and subtle inner knowing. In this interactive evening hosted by Megan Odom, you’ll be guided through a gentle embodied practice designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and begin building greater trust in your own inner wisdom.
We’ll begin with visualization, and body inquiry, exploring what your body may be asking you to notice, feel, or understand. You’ll then have quiet time to journal and integrate whatever arose before settling into a deeply grounding sound bath with singing bowls.
This is not about finding a “right” answer or forcing an experience. It’s about becoming curious, listening without judgment, and practicing the relationship between you and your own body.
