Kids (15 and under) — Free.

Event Summary
Hosted by the Colorado Springs Housing & Building Association, the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is one of the longest running parades in the country (70+ years!).
This beloved annual event is your exclusive pass to explore beautifully crafted, brand-new homes built by local HBA Builder Members. From affordable living to luxury dream homes, the Parade highlights the incredible skill of local builders, designers, craftsmen, and landscape pros — all working together to bring the latest trends, technology, and design inspiration straight to you.
Featuring a number of homes across El Paso County and open for public viewing, you’ll have plenty of time to experience what makes the Pikes Peak region such an amazing place to call home.
The official Parade map will be published online, in the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes app, in the printed Parade Planbook, and featured in the Gazette.
