Capoeira Open House

Join us for a FREE Capoeira Open House and experience the movement, music, culture, and community that make Capoeira unlike any other martial art.

Come by anytime between 2:00–5:00 PM and stay as long as you like! This event is open to kids, adults, and families, and no previous Capoeira or martial arts experience is needed.

During the Open House, you’ll have the opportunity to:

🤸 Explore movement and acrobatics
🥁 Play traditional Capoeira instruments
🎶 Learn songs and rhythms
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Experience Capoeira together as a family

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines movement, self-defense, acrobatics, music, and culture. Training can help build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, creativity, and connection with others.
