33rd annual Veterans Rally and the 38th annual POW/MIA Recognition Ride

Registration and fee is required for participation in the police escorted motorcycle procession from Woodland Park to Cripple Creek - the 38th annual POW/MIA Recognition Ride.
Event Summary
Join fellow Americans in a patriotic tribute to Veterans, POW/MIA, KIA, and active-duty military like no other.
We are excited to announce The AVTT “Traveling Memorial WALL” will be hosted at the Rally this year. Visitors can access The WALL 24 hours a day, starting Wednesday, August 13th at 3:00 PM and ending Sunday, 17th at 12:00 PM, at the Cripple Creek High School.
Come and get your FREE Red Friday T-shirt on Friday at 10:00 am in Cripple Creek City Park. Limit one shirt per person. You can purchase more for friends and family not in attendance at $12 each. Proceeds benefit Veterans in need. The Silent Auction will feature art and collectibles and benefits homeless Veterans.
The Veterans Parade proceeds down Bennett Ave at 10:00 am Saturday featuring marching bands, military platoons, floats and more.
The Saturday POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony is the centerpiece of the event and is not to be missed. In City Park at First St. & Bennett Ave, with emotion running high, this ceremony will make you proud to be an American. The ceremony features guest speakers, plaque dedications, patriotic music, the US NorthComm Color Guard, and much more. The entirety of Teller County has become a Purple Heart Community and new signs will be dedicated at the ceremony.
The 38th Annual POW/MIA Recognition Ride will stage at the Woodland Park High School Saturday morning, with the police escorted procession rolling up to Cripple Creek via Highways 24 and 67. The annual Ride is billed as “Colorado’s largest procession of motorcycles.” This will mark the 12th birthday of the designated POW-MIA Memorial Highway starting in Divide and ending in Cripple Creek.
Veterans Rally attendees can expect many of the usual traditions including the popular Rally merchandise, awesome vendor show, live music, beer garden and amazing guest speakers. The 2025 Veterans Rally free Friday night concert features “Exit West” from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. The Freedom Beer Garden will feature live music on Friday and Saturday with acts to be announced.
