Great Restaurants Open for Thanksgiving

If this Thanksgiving you or one of your family members decides to pull a Tim Allen in the first Santa Clause movie, or you just don't feel like doing all the work for that beautiful meal, take a trip to one of these great eateries for an authentic feast without the headache.

The Broadmoor - Gather with family and friends and kick off the holiday season with a reservation at any of their dining venues all Thanksgiving weekend.

The Cliff House - Located in Manitou Springs, CO - this boutique beauty is open on Thanksgiving Day where diners will enjoy a gourmet feast. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort - The Mountain View Restaurant at Cheyenne Mountain Resort will offer a Thanksgiving day buffet from 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Adults $68, children 12 and under $35. Reservations are required. Call 719-538-4000.

Edelweiss Restaurant - If you want to switch it up this year and try traditional German cuisine for this year's feast, Edelweiss has got you covered with hours open from 11 am - 9 pm.

The Famous Steakhouse - Think late-night Chicago steakhouse: polished booths that enclose years of secrets, big slabs of aromatic prime rib, and sparkly cocktail glasses clinking at every table. Enjoy a Thanksgiving meal here from 3 pm to close. $50 per person. Call 719-227-7333 for reservations.

Patty Jewett Clubhouse - From roasted turkey with herb gravy to prime rib au jus, Patty Jewett is a brunch lover's dream. Reservations required. Served from 11 am until 6 pm. Adults $33.99, children 14 and under $15.99.

Prime25 - Forget the turkey, bring on the steak! Prime25 will be open for Thanksgiving serving up delicious entrees and savory goodness.

Springs Orleans - If classic Creole cuisine is your style head over to Springs Orleans open on Thanksgiving day.

The Summit Interquest - Bowl the night away or partake in a game of laser tag this Thanksgiving! The Summit Interquest is the perfect post-feast stop to run off some of your meal. Happy Hour starts at 3 pm.

Romano's - A classic Thanksgiving dinner, but forget the prep. Let Romano's take care of all the heavy lifting this holiday season!

La Baguette - A delightful European-style breakfast, lunch, or early dinner. Open until 4pm

The View House - Eat to your hearts content, and enjoy a traditional buffet or a feast pack to-go this Thanksgiving!

Front Range Barbecue - Delicious southern barbecue for Thanksgiving? Yes, please! Open until 6 p.m.

Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar - Take your gathering to the next level and beyond with freshy-fresh raw bar beauts and finish-at-home favorites. You can change up the traditional Thanksgiving dinner with some incredible seafood-themed options like oysters and baked lobster mac and cheese.

MacKenzie's Chop House - Also located in downtown Colorado Springs, MacKenzie's is open 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thanksgiving and will serve roasted turkey, prime rib and baked ham with all the traditional side dishes. Reservations are recommended - book online or by phone at 719-635-3536.

Joseph's Fine Dining - Find a delectable delight in every bite this Thanksgiving - open from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm.
