Our full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and retirement plans. We also have an education reimbursement program, and we leverage the State of Colorado’s FAMLI+ benefits for our employees who need it. Additional perks include a flexible remote work policy and ample paid time off and sick time. Time off includes many paid holidays and a generous winter break. There are also great opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses and merit increases annually.
Professional Development
Each department at Visit COS values professional development and career growth. Individual career goals and passions are a driving force for supervisors to help their team members find great opportunities to expand skillsets and discover experiences that will best serve them. Some examples of professional development our team members have engaged with include attending professional conferences, completing leadership programs, enrolling in training courses and attaining professional certifications.
Culture Keepers Team
Our Culture Keepers Team includes staff representatives from each department. This group meets every other month to ensure employees are satisfied in the workplace and to maintain a thriving company culture. The group does everything from planning birthday and anniversary celebrations to organizing group happy hours and fun pop-up activities and surprises. They also discuss important office issues that may need to be addressed.
