Excellence in Lodging Hospitality Award
This award goes to a member of the lodging industry who goes above and beyond their job duties to enhance the lodging property’s guest experience and who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This award celebrates those who exemplify:

This award recognizes an individual who goes above and beyond their traditional job duties to enhance the guest experience and has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Open to all non-lodging categories. This award celebrates those who exemplify:

- Customer Engagement: Creating meaningful and engaging interactions that leave a lasting positive impression on visitors.
- Professionalism: Demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and a welcoming attitude in all visitor interactions.

Excellence in Community Service Award

This award recognizes those who exemplify:

This award goes to an organization in the hospitality industry that has gone above and beyond in making visitors and locals feel welcomed and included in Colorado Springs. This award celebrates those who exemplify:
- Leadership in the Community: Sets an example for the community regarding the importance of welcoming individuals of varying backgrounds and perspectives.
- Dedication to Advocacy: Advocates for inclusive practices and diverse perspectives. Drives meaningful change in the Colorado Springs community.
- Innovative Ideas: Have created unique solutions to problems or roadblocks related to social inclusion, including adaptive activities and programming.
