Event Summary
Guided by Seraphina Rae King of SolRise Collective and Dr. Gigi Turner of Singing Bowls of the Rockies, this experience blends gentle postures, subtle energy work, and the resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support deep rest and inner harmony.
As your body softens through Yin Yoga energy flows to balance your system while soothing frequencies move through every cell, creating a sense of peace that lingers long after the session ends.
About Our Special Guest — Seraphina Rae King
What started on the mat evolved into a deep exploration of energy and consciousness through sound healing and Reiki. Seraphina works closely with the Angelic and ethereal realms, channeling energy and intuitive messages to guide others back to their own power. Her mission is to support others in their healing and empowerment by sharing the tools, practices, and stories that helped her transform from a traumatized teen into an embodied, empowered adult. She brings a balanced, full-spectrum approach to healing and self-discovery—weaving the realness of being human with the divinity of being spirit.
About Yin Yoga with Seraphina
Yin Yoga is a practice of slowing down and sinking deep into the body. In a world that keeps us constantly moving, Yin invites us to feel and be fully present. Physically, it targets the connective tissue (fascia), where deep tension often lingers. By holding postures and relaxing into them, the fascia begins to release, allowing the body to open.
Mentally, Yin offers peace and introspection. Energetically, it restores balance to the pace of daily life and brings a sense of wholeness and grounding.
