VIP Tickets: $75 per ticket (includes entry for one to our Special Reception + entry for one to both screening blocks and our Connections Corridor. Our reception is catered by Bon Appetit at Colorado College and includes a bar (two bar drinks on us!) Meet the filmmakers privately and celebrate YDA's stalwart supporters.

Event Summary
Join us for the World Premiere of New Films from the Youth Documentary Academy! This year’s class presents films on topics ranging from body image to black brotherhood, aging to immigration, religion to single parenthood. And much more.
Plus join us in the lobby for our annual Connections Corridor where 20+ non-profits, media organizations and colleges will share valuable community resources and networking opportunities. Join our host and moderator, Ashley Cornelius, as she introduces us to the next generation of filmmakers in the Pikes Peak region. Meet our filmamkers in person and experience courageous storytelling that is as diverse as the artists who made them.
TWO SEPARATE SCREENING BLOCKS OF DIFFERENT FILMS: Doors to our Connections Corridor open at 2pm. An afternoon screening block will begin at 3pm. A VIP Reception and more mingling in our Connections Corridor from 5-6pm. An evening screening block (of different films) begins at 6pm. Join us for one or both screening blocks. Connect with friends and colleagues in our resource-rich Connections Corridor. And, consider purchasing a VIP ticket and the chance to meet the filmmakers privately in person as we celebrate them and all of YDA’s supporters in Studio C. See you at the movies!
