Woodland Park Wind Symphony

Event Summary
The theme of this concert is to introduce individual Wind Symphony musicians to the audience. Per Craig Harms, Musical Director and Conductor, “each Woodland Park Wind Symphony member is a treasure to our musical family.”
A new concert feature in 2025 will be a video enhancement to the Wind Symphony's performance of "Mars," from "The Planets" by Gustav Holst, showcasing photos of galaxies and nebula taken by Wind Symphony clarinetist, Chris Kjeldsen.
Two Wind Symphony members will be featured soloists: Danielle Park, Trombone/voice and Paul Frampton, Euphonium.
Wind Symphony clarinetist Krysta Heshelman, a music graduate student at UCCS, has composed a piece for the Wind Symphony, "Colors of the Night” which is being performed for the first time.
The selection of music will appeal to all - bring friends and family for an afternoon of sights and sounds!
