Unburdened: A Sound Bath & Parts Work Retreat for Caregivers
February 28, 2026 2:00 PM –5:00 PM
Event Summary
You spend your days holding space for others. This retreat is a space to be held.
Unburdened is a one-of-a-kind sound bath and parts work experience created especially for healers, therapists, nurses, teachers, and caregivers
of all kinds—those who give deeply, often at the expense of their own nervous systems. This immersive retreat invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through community, gentle education, creative exploration, and deep rest.
Together, we will explore the idea that we all have parts—protective aspects of ourselves that developed to help us survive, care for others,
achieve, and keep going. While these parts serve important roles, they can become overworked, burdened, and exhausted—especially in caregiving
professions. During this retreat, you’ll be guided to gently turn inward with curiosity and compassion, learning to understand your internal system rather than pushing it harder.
What the experience includes:
Community connection with others who understand the weight and beauty of caregiving
Gentle education on parts and the protective system, offered in accessible, non-clinical language
Creative parts mapping exercises to help you visually explore your inner world
A beautifully designed workbook and journal to support reflection during the retreat and continued integration afterward
A tea ceremony, creating a sacred pause to arrive, ground, and open the space together
A one-of-a-kind immersive sound bath designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and emotional release
Intentional time to unburden parts, allowing the system to soften and reset
This is not therapy.
It is not performance.
It is not another place to “do it right.”
This is a space to rest your protector parts, listen inward, and experience what it feels like to simply be—without fixing, managing, or holding anyone else. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your internal system, practical tools you can return to, and a felt sense of being supported—by sound, by community, and by your own inner wisdom.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
