PPW Write Brain: Staying Focused When Focus Isn't Your Skillset
How do I know? Because if I can do it with all my acronyms, you surely can. Let's discuss how to concentrate, get back on track, and keep our confidence up to finish our WIP even during the harder moments of our lives.
About KendraKendra Griffin is a freelance developmental editor and story coach who regularly presents craft workshops at regional writing conferences. She received her BA and MA in Literature in New York and teaches creative writing and children’s literature courses for Aims Community College in Colorado. Kendra has self-published two young adult novels (Apocalypse Thoughts and The Pox Ward) and penned several "top-faved" ongoing serials on Kindle Vella, including A People’s History of Magic and Seriously Good Serials. Kendra focuses on young adult novels because teenagers are funny, savvy, world-wise, and still idealistic enough to keep believing in people. Her stories present diverse ensemble casts and marginalized populations who deal with pain through humor. Kendra has never met a good dog or a good underdog that she didn’t fall in love with, and she wishes she could jump between parallel universes and find time to write every novel that has ever occurred to her.
