Join Singing Bowls of the Rockies for a deeply immersive Solstice experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release emotional weight, and fully step into the energy of summer.

We begin with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and bring awareness inward. From there, you’ll be guided through soft intuitive movement inspired by yoga, free expression, and emotional release. No choreography. No performance. No experience needed.

Live music supports the movement experience before transitioning into a full Signature Sound Bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, flutes, and layered instruments designed to regulate the nervous system and guide the body into deep relaxation and restoration.
