Event Summary
Hold onto your popcorn buckets, horror friends, because we’ve got an event that’s so gloriously spooky, it practically bleeds candy corn! The Colorado premier of a double feature of unholy brilliance: Bodycam and Night of the Reaper, both brand-new and still unreleased films by the indie horror mastermind himself—Brandon Christensen—who will be lurking in the theater ready to unleash your worst nightmares.
He first terrorized us with Still/Born (2017) going full throttle into the macabre myth-making of motherhood. Next, he jump scared us with Z (2019), a supernatural shocker that landed on Shudder and frayed nerves with surreal, psychological chills. Next, Superhost cemented his flair for creeping dread wrapped in the madness of a VRBO gone wrong—earning serious indie buzz and consistently landing on “Top 10 Horror of 2021” roundup lists.
He returns to Six Feet Under Horror Fest with Night of the Reaper which scored the Scariest Feature Film Prize at Popcorn Frights Film Festival—marking Christensen’s third win there, a true three‑peat of terror triumph. And then the dessert on your bloody sundae, Bodycam… his bloodiest, most mind‑twisting plunge yet—a found‑footage descent into cosmic horror meets deadly police FUBAR gone supernatural.
