Self-Care Sunday Full Moon Sound Bath
October 25, 2026 4:00 PM –5:30 PM
Event Summary
When life gets a little too loud, take it as your sign to turn down the noise and turn inward toward yourself.
Join us for a dreamy afternoon devoted to rest, reflection, and giving your nervous system the royal treatment it deserves.
The full moon is often a beautiful moment to pause and take stock: What are you ready to release? What needs more attention? What can wait until tomorrow? You don’t need to have all the answers. Just come as you are, get cozy, and let the sounds help create a little breathing room.
Our immersive sound bath will surround you with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, and other soothing instruments. As the room fills with rich vibrations, you’re invited to settle into deep relaxation, quiet reflection, or the kind of rest that makes you forget what day it is, in the best way!
Why Self-Care Sunday?
Self-care is not just an occasional treat; it is how we replenish ourselves so we can move through life with more steadiness, compassion, and capacity. Taking intentional time to pause can support emotional balance, help us reconnect with our needs, and remind us that rest is allowed.
What a Sound Bath Can Offer:
A calming space to unwind from stress and the busyness of everyday life
An opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
Support for relaxation and a more settled state of mind
A full-moon moment to set down what no longer feels useful and make room for what does
Ninety minutes of uninterrupted rest—no notifications, no errands, no explaining yourself
Come recharge under the full moon, soak in the sound, and leave feeling a little lighter, softer, and more like yourself!
