Event Summary
Begin with 40 minutes of intentional yoga guided by guest instructor Alainna, whose calming energy and mindful flow invite your body to release tension and open to ease. Each breath becomes an act of presence — each stretch, a soft reminder to slow down.
Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and fully reconnected to yourself.
Sound healing utilizes specific frequencies and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to resonate with your body's cells and energy fields. These vibrations can alter brainwave patterns, leading to a meditative state and enhancing the effects of Yoga Nidra and Reiki.
The combination of these practices creates a cohesive healing experience by addressing your mind, body, and spirit. Yoga Nidra induces deep relaxation, Reiki restores balance, and sound healing enhances these effects at a cellular level. Together, they promote profound healing and a sense of unity within yourself.
Alainna is a yoga-loving native of Colorado Springs, blessed with two beautiful boys, ages 15 and 9, and two small pups who keep life joyful and full of energy. Her journey with yoga began over 20 years ago when a friend invited her to a traditional hot Bikram class — and she was instantly hooked.
For Alainna, teaching yoga is a true gift. She cherishes the opportunity to share this practice with others and looks forward to meeting students on the mat, guiding them through connection, awareness, and self-discovery.
To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.
