New Moon Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony
March 19, 2026 6:00 PM –8:00 PM
Event Summary
This gathering is designed to align your energy with the renewing power of the lunar cycle, offering a peaceful reset from the rhythm of daily life.
As the new moon invites new beginnings, you’ll be guided by Dr. Gigi Turner, PsyD, into a deeply immersive sound bath experience using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, and other harmonic instruments. The sound encourages the nervous system to soften and settle, creating space to release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity, peace, and openness.
We’ll close our time together with a cup of ceremonial cacao sourced from Guatemala. Ceremonial cacao is known for its natural ability to gently open the heart and support emotional presence. It isn’t psychedelic or intense—rather, it encourages warmth, groundedness, and a deeper connection with yourself and the space around you. Sharing cacao together helps us integrate the experience, allowing the insights and sensations from the sound bath to land more fully.
What to Expect:
Opening Meditation: Arrive into your body and breath with a gentle guided meditation.
Sound Bath Experience: Rest in the resonance of layered sound designed to soothe, calm, and restore.
Intention Setting: Align with the energy of the new moon to plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
Ceremonial Cacao: We’ll close with a shared cup of ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Guatemala—offered to gently open the heart, ground the experience, and support connection with yourself and the group.
