Nervous System Nourishment Sound Bath

In this immersive experience, we’ll use low-frequency crystal and Tibetan bowls to gently guide your body away from fight-or-flight activation and toward the parasympathetic state—where rest, repair, and healing naturally occur. The layered vibrations work to calm the mind, slow the breath, and rebalance your autonomic nervous system, supporting both emotional and physical well-being.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.
