Event Summary
National Coin Week is an annual celebration of numismatics, and encourages the public to learn about the hobby and history of money. The nonprofit American Numismatic Association (ANA) has sponsored National Coin Week since 1924.
The 2026 theme is Striking Independence: 250 Years of American Numismatics. This year, America celebrates 250 years of independence. This milestone invites us to reflect on the many ways money and freedom are connected.
Stop by during the day to browse three different galleries (including the newest Silk Roads exhibit!), play games, win prizes, and learn all about history and collecting.
