Mindful Nature Walks (also known as "Forest Bathing")
Forest Bathing provides an opportunities to slow down and connect with the natural world through a series of sensory experiences.This is much more than a walk in the woods or a park. It is about being in nature rather than moving through it.
Walks are two hours of soothing immersion in North Cheyenne Canon Park.
Please bring water, snack, sunscreen, sunglasses, sturdy shoes, bug spray, rain gear and what you will need to be comfortable in the weather of the day.
