Healing Through Body Movement & Sound: Release + Restore
February 22, 2026 3:30 PM –6:00 PM
Event Summary
This experience weaves together two complementary practices — a guided Movement as Medicine journey followed by a restorative Sound Bath. You’re welcome to join us for the movement, the sound bath, or stay for the full arc.
We begin with a guided Movement as Medicine journey led by Seraphina Rae King of SolRise Collective — an intentional somatic experience designed to help you feel, process, and release emotion through the body.
We open with grounding through meditation and breath, gently arriving in the body. From there, you’ll be guided into fluid, intuitive movement, allowing sensation and emotion to naturally surface. As the journey builds, activating rhythms support the safe discharge of stored tension through shaking, stomping, and full-bodied expression. After release, we soften into integration — restoring safety, reconnecting to self-compassion, and closing in joy, pleasure, and aliveness.
The body holds what the mind cannot always process. When emotion is allowed to move physically, healing integrates more fully. This portion of the evening is a guided pathway back to your body as a source of wisdom and release.
Following movement, we transition into a Sound Bath guided by Singing Bowls of the Rockies. This portion is designed for grounding, rest, and nervous system regulation. Layers of sound and vibration help anchor the shifts created through movement, allowing the body to absorb and integrate what has been released.
Together, these practices create a complete arc — activation followed by restoration, expression followed by stillness, release followed by renewal.
No prior movement or sound bath experience is required. All bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.
