Full Moon Sound Bath: Release & Relax
April 2, 2026 7:00 PM –8:30 PM
Event Summary
Step into the gentle glow of the Pink Full Moon and settle into a deeply restorative sound bath within our tranquil studio. This full moon, named for the soft pink wildflowers that bloom in early spring, carries the energy of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings—a beautiful moment to release what feels heavy and welcome new life into your intentions.
The Pink Moon arrives as nature awakens, reminding us that cycles of change are always unfolding. It invites reflection, emotional clearing, and a return to balance as we step further into the light of the season.
Guided by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, handpans, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound that soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently reconnect you with a sense of calm, openness, and renewal.
