Exhale: A Sound Bath for Deep Rest
January 5, 2026 6:00 PM –7:30 PM
Event Summary
Exhale is a deeply calming sound bath designed to support rest, release, and nervous system regulation. Through layers of live sound—such as singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments—you’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state where the body can unwind and the mind can settle.
No prior experience is needed. You don’t have to meditate, control your breath, or “do” anything at all. Simply get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations to move through you. Many people experience a sense of spaciousness, gentle emotional release, or a feeling similar to drifting between sleep and wakefulness.
This session is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from rest. Exhale offers space to pause, reset, and reconnect with a slower rhythm—one that the body naturally recognizes.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and deeply rested.
