Event Summary
The Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo returns for its third year, taking over Great Wolf Lodge for two full days of interactive experiences, live demonstrations, expert conversations, and real community connection. Whether you come as a family, with friends, or on your own, there's something here for everyone — regardless of age, fitness level, or where you are in your health journey.
This isn't a typical expo where you walk around collecting free pens. It's an experience designed to engage, inspire, and connect you with people and resources that can genuinely make a difference in your life.
What's Inside
Over 160 local and regional vendors fill the floor with interactive booths, hands-on demos, and face-to-face conversations across every area of health and wellness — fitness and strength training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, mental health and emotional wellness support, recovery and rehabilitation, medical and preventative care, family and children's wellness, and adaptive fitness. Come curious. Leave with answers, ideas, and connections you didn't expect.
Colorado Strong Fitness Challenge — Championship Finale
One of the most exciting reasons to attend: the Colorado Strong Fitness Challenge Championship Finale takes place right inside the Expo on both days. Watch top competitors from across the region go head-to-head in five divisions — Adult, Teen, Senior, Wheelchair, and Open Pride. This is the most inclusive fitness competition in the Pikes Peak region, and spectator entry is FREE with your Expo admission. It's high energy, genuinely inspiring, and something the whole family can enjoy.
A Cause You Can Feel Good About
Every ticket you purchase goes directly to a good cause — 100% of ticket proceeds are donated to the Suicide Prevention Partnership, supporting mental health resources right here in Colorado Springs.
You can also attend for FREE by donating blood through Vitalant at any donation center or mobile drive between June and August 2026. Summer is one of the hardest times to keep blood supplies stable, and your donation helps patients across the region while getting you through the door at no cost.
Throughout the Expo you'll also find resources on 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), CPR training, and Narcan access — because being part of a healthy community means being equipped to look out for each other.
Who This Is For
Everyone. Truly. Families with kids, seniors, young adults, people who work out every day and people who haven't started yet. Anyone navigating a health challenge, a life transition, or just looking for what's next. The Expo is intentionally welcoming — explore at your own pace, ask questions without judgment, and discover resources you didn't know existed in your own backyard.
