Event Summary
Immerse yourself in a deeply meditative sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments will guide you on a journey of inner peace. These sacred sounds work to clear away the energies of the past, making room for new intentions to take root.
What Is A Sound Bath?
Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.
If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.
