A Sound Bath to Unwind: Releasing Stress from Body & Mind
January 9, 2026 6:00 PM –7:30 PM
Event Summary
This sound bath is a space to unwind in the truest sense of the word. To let the weight you’ve been carrying ease, even if only for a little while. As you rest, layers of sound from singing bowls and other resonant instruments move through the room in gentle waves, surrounding the body and inviting it toward stillness.
The experience often feels quiet and expansive, like floating in a wide, star-filled space. Thoughts begin to thin out. Breath deepens on its own. Tension softens without effort. The sounds don’t ask for focus or understanding — they simply pass through, creating room for the nervous system to settle and the body to rest.
There is nothing to achieve here. No technique to follow. You are free to drift, to listen, or to do nothing at all. Some people experience deep relaxation, others a subtle emotional release, others simply the relief of not needing to hold themselves together for a moment.
This is an invitation to lie back, to be held by sound, and to let the mind and body remember what it feels like to unwind.
