A Reset for Mind & Body Sound Bath
May 3, 2026 4:30 PM –6:00 PM
Event Summary
Our minds and bodies are constantly processing information, stress, and stimulation. Over time, this can leave us feeling tense, mentally fatigued, and disconnected from a sense of calm. A Reset for Mind & Body Sound Bath is designed to give your system the space it needs to restore.
As waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments fill the room, the body begins to naturally shift out of a heightened stress response. Breathing deepens, muscles soften, and the mind gradually becomes quieter.
Sound works on both a physical and neurological level. Certain frequencies can encourage the brain to move into slower, more restorative states associated with relaxation and recovery. In this receptive state, the body has an opportunity to release tension while the mind experiences a rare moment of stillness.
This experience is not about doing more—it is about allowing your system to recalibrate. By the end of the session, many participants feel clearer, lighter, and more centered.
Step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself the reset your mind and body have been asking for.
