Overview
Dear Director of Photography/Director:
With over a decade of camera operator experience, I have worked on plentiful live to tape events for many large consumers such as the world prominent Broadmoor Hotel, The Better Business Bureau, Good Will, 2021 NCAA Division II Championship Soccer at Weidner Field, American Roller Speed Championships, Colorado College hockey, 2021 Design-Build Conference & Expo Convention, 2019 Leadville Race Series to name a few.
I am familiar with such cameras as Sony’s A7II and CineAlta PMW-F55, Arri Alexa, Red Epic, and Panasonic AG-HPX500 to name a few. I have effectively completed Safe Sets COVID-19 (Level A & Level B) Certificate online program. I have had COVID-19 and have been vaccinated/boosted for COVID-19. I am fully able to work in a means that is safe for all crew on set during this Pandemic.
I have functioned as a studio camera operator for KRDO News Channel 13 in Colorado Springs. I have also worked as a studio camera operator for Altitude TV providing coverage of on air talent as they give commentary in between periods/halftime for Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche.
Working in reality TV, I have had the chance to capture B-Roll and has gotten the practice of using GoPros and Osmo cameras. I have extensive experience working high school football, college football, and soccer games as a camera operator for Comcast Entertainment Television.
As a Camera Utility, I have worked Denver Broncos (FOX Sports, CBS Sports, ESPN, and inhouse Thundervision, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Buffaloes games in which I helped in wrangling cable, helping set camera up, and even helping stage SkyCam to be rigged.
To finish, as a production assistant, I have had many opportunities on set to assist camera department in setting up tripods, carrying cameras and lenses, attaching lenses to camera, cleaning camera lenses and elements, and helping set up monitors.
I have an A.A. in broadcast journalism as well as a B.A. in English Writing from the University of Colorado at Denver. I have successfully completed classes in Photography and Multimedia Composition. I am a proud member of IBEW 45 and has honorably served in the U.S. Air Force Reserves as an aircraft avionics technician. Finally, I am willing to work both union and non-union and can travel world-wide!
