Custom-built open-air Jeeps are designed to support easier entry and exit, requiring minimal assistance and lateral support to navigate three steps. Colorado Jeep Tours can assist guests with mobility impairments, including individuals who are paraplegic or quadriplegic, provided they can be safely lifted into the front passenger seat. At this time, guests who use wheelchairs and cannot be lifted due to weight or safety limitations cannot be accommodated. To ensure equal access to interpretive content and safety briefings, Colorado Jeep Tours has partnered with a deaf travel advocate to produce American Sign Language (ASL) videos for all Jeep tours and rafting safety talks. These videos ensure deaf and hard-of-hearing guests receive the same tour narration and safety information as other participants.
