Founded in Colorado Springs in 1994 by Mike and Amanda Bristol, Bristol Brewing is proudly independent, family-run, and dedicated to bringing people together over a well-made beer. Whether it’s our multi-award winning Laughing Lab Scottish Ale, World Peace Death Ray Hazy, or our slew of specialty brews, the quality, flavor, and heritage of our craft drive everything at Bristol. Well-known for our community involvement, we raise thousands of dollars for worthy causes annually.
Bristol makes its home inside historic Ivywild School, where we happily ignore school rules by brewing and serving beer in the classrooms. Our pub, patio, and beer garden offer all of our beers fresh from the brewery taps, plus tasty food options from the School’s food hall and Spark, our very own BBQ shack. Bristol brews are also available on draft and in six packs across the Pikes Peak Region. Come see us for a pint and a bite!
