The local brewery and eatery was opened by former Air Force service members. The northern location was meant to be near the U.S. Air Force Academy. Focusing on the flavors of Colorado, many menu items integrate bison.
Co-Owner, Paul Viera, spent 20 years in the Air Force. Today, he and his wife Teresa, along with their two other co-owners, love greeting guests and providing impromptu tours around the brewery. Grab a pint of one of their 10-12 options, all brewed in-house.
Luchals was founded with the intention of bringing people joy by providing delicious and authentic cuisine and a unique, one-of-a-kind dining experience. Husband and wife team, Travares and Chantal Lucas wanted to create a menu that would be sustainable, gluten-free, and ignite a feeling of excitement and happiness through Cajun American seafood that touches the soul. Both Travares and Chantal spent time serving our country; the veteran business owners are passionate about giving back and have dreams of one day opening a second chance non-profit and providing cooking classes and opportunities for veterans and juveniles.
Goat Patch Brewing Company started like all great ideas - good friends with a common passion sitting around a kitchen table. Before a name, location, recipes, or brand identity, we all agreed on a shared set of values: balanced brews, community engagement, and adventure. We are proud to play a large part in our community and provide Colorado Springs with masterfully crafted, balanced brews.
