Get ready to Rodeo with four performances of invitational championship rodeo and a finals championship Shoot Out on Saturday night.
The best ProRodeo cowboys and cowgirls from the U.S., Canadian Circuits, and National Champs from Mexico are coming to Colorado Springs, Colorado, July 8 - 12, 2025. With over $1 million in payouts, they'll be riding to win. Experience a full lineup of events including Bareback Riding, Breakaway Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding, as well as fan-favorite Mutton Bustin’.
The speed, the excitement...there's no better place to be than the NFR Open at the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo! Evening performances occur Tuesday through Saturday, with matinee performances on Friday and Saturday.
Mark your calendars! The fun runs from Tuesday, July 8, through Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Catch evening performances Tuesday through Saturday, with additional matinee shows on Friday and Saturday. For matinees, the grounds open at 10:00 a.m. For evening shows, gates open at 4:00 p.m.
It all goes down at the Norris-Penrose Event Center at 1045 Lower Gold Camp Road in Colorado Springs.
Arrive early to beat the peak crowds and enjoy plenty to see and do before the Rodeo, including vendors, food, drinks and more.

Kids aged 4–9 and weighing 50 lbs or less can participate in this crowd-favorite event- no pre-registration required! Preliminaries kick off at 4:00 p.m. during Tuesday–Saturday evening shows and 10:00 a.m. for Friday and Saturday matinees. Rides cost $25 per try, and finalists from each performance are invited into the main arena. Helmets and vests are provided; all you need to bring is the completed waiver and the fee.
