Red Rocks Canyon Open Space is located south of US 24 between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. A variety of trails wind along the canyons and ridges of red rock and provide great views of the Colorado Front Range. These trails connect to many other hiking trails in the area. There are two off-leash dog loops. Dogs must be leashed in all other areas and on trails. There is a free-ride bike park. Rock climbing by permit only - obtain a permit at Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center on 30th Street.

Directions: Take US 24 west then turn left on Ridge Rd. There are two large parking lots available.
