Visit Colorado Springs Celebrates 10 Years of Crafts & Drafts with Latest Passport

The 2026 passport is officially live, marking a milestone decade

Colorado Springs, Colo. – May 15, 2025 – Today, Visit COS released the 2026 Crafts & Drafts Passport, marking 10 years of the program. The annual passport’s main mission is to bring prominence to locally owned craft beverage businesses.

“We’re honored to reach 10 years of the Crafts & Drafts Passport,” said Melissa Williams, Director of Marketing at Visit COS. “This campaign is one of our favorites, and it has evolved to become a highlight for both visitors and locals in our community.”

The program started years ago as a physical, printed passport. Visit COS soon found a new solution to fully digitize it in a platform called Bandwango. Now with marketing attribution data, it’s even possible to see demographics of who is visiting the destination after seeing the Crafts & Drafts advertisements. In terms of performance, this campaign is one of the most successful for actualized visits – primarily from the drive market, but also from farther away states.

Every year the program features a new theme. The 2026 theme is “Level Up Your Beverage Game,” featuring a fun “choose your character” vintage video game design.

“Whether your ‘character’ is a beer fanatic, wine lover, coffee connoisseur or cocktail enthusiast, you’ll find great options on the passport,” said Williams. “We love hearing stories of people discovering new local favorites they tried because of our passport. That’s what it’s all about.”

The passport is free and can be added easily to a mobile device. After signing up, customers can access the digital discounts – buy one, get one free pints, free flights and more – at locally owned establishments. Beverages on this year’s passport include beer, wine, coffee, cocktails/liquor and milkshakes. With each redemption made, passholders can earn points toward prizes like stickers and T-shirts – available while supplies last.

There are about 20 participants this year, including 3 Hundred Days of Shine Distilling, 105 West Brewing Company, The Wines of Colorado and Blk Mgk Coffee.

The passport program runs through December 31, 2026. Learn more about the free passport and get yours at VisitCOS.com/Passport.
